Richard has 18 years working in the NHS, mostly spent in Ambulance Services with a short period in NHS England.

Richard is a qualified and practicing SR Paramedic in the UK.

Richard has held the equivalent of executive level roles in an ambulance service in India serving a population of approximately 86 million after spearheading the business development of international operations in an NHS ambulance trust.

Richard is a strong facilitator with experience in sensitive subjects such as sexual safety through to leadership development.

Richard has managed 999, NHS 111 services and overseen urgent and emergency care systems, with experience in change management, demand and surge planning, CBRN, critical and urgent care, clinical guideline development and governance.
